ゼラチンや寒天の練習で。黒蜜をつくってかければ、体にいいおやつかな。量が多かった気がします。少量でつくらないと・・・

みかんゼリー

生活クラブのみかんの缶詰をつかったゼリーです。このみかんは薄皮をむくのに安全策をとっているので、少し薄皮が残っています。なので、子どもと一緒に、この薄皮をむいてからスタートです。子ども向けです。

プラリネ

まだ上手に薄くできないし、活用方法がまだよくわかっていないのですが、フードプロセッサーで砕いて、冷凍して、キャラメルアイスをつくるときに加えて、プラリネキャラメルアイスに使ってみました。あまり細かく砕いてしまわないほうがよかったみたい。

どら焼き

これもなんだか懐かしい味です。家でつくれるなんてあまり思っていなかったのですが、皮を焼くのはホットケーキをやくような要領で、簡単でした。いくつか食べられるように、ミニにしてます。ミニだと枚数があってちょっと大変でした。

たい焼きのおいしいお店まで試食?に行きました。これはミニたい焼きですが、食卓で子どもと一緒につくれるので、楽しいかなと思い、ホットサンドイッチメーカーにワッフルとミニたい焼きのプレートのついたものを購入。(実はホットサンドイッチがものすごくおいしくて一番出番が多いのですが)です。たくさんつくってできたら冷凍すればいいか、と思っていたら、つくるはしから食べられてしまい、、、。
