penchanのお弁当箱

1996年に結婚するまでは、社食に行っていたmak。今は会社でお弁当を広げているよう。(お貧乏なんだって思われて?)恥ずかしくないかしら、と思って、おいしいお弁当をつくってあげようと思ってます。

●2001年秋～　6、7代目

すっかりまげわっぱのお弁当箱のとりこです。秋田杉のが好きです。この形が使いよく、makの分、洗い変え用、penchanの分、と3つも使うようになりました。去年一年くらいは、品物を見かけず（生活クラブの季節品でした）、ようやく見つけたので、買っておきました。ほんとは同シリーズのおひつにしようかと思っていたのだけれど、お弁当箱のほうが緊急かなと思って・・・現在は、5～7代目を使用、たまーに4代目も。それ以前のも、痛んではいないのだけれど、眠っています。  続きを見る »

栗づくし

はじめて栗をむいたのは、まだ大学院生だったころ、遠いところ遊びに来てくれた友達と、2本の包丁でがんばってむいたときでした。

その後は道具もそろい、毎年、9月に1kg、10月に1kg買ってます。秋からお正月の、大事な味です。

栗の甘露煮

栗の甘露煮は、院生のころ、小さな道具を使ってむいた栗でつくって、お正月にくりきんとんにしてもって実家に帰ったのが最初。そのときはちっとも上手でなかったけどもう、慣れました。
1998年のお正月からはmakの実家へもっていっています。makのお母さんとくりきんとんにするのです。皮さえむいてしまえば、あとは簡単ですよ。

圧力鍋1

うちでは、毎日のご飯炊きは、このＷＭＦの圧力鍋を使っています。洗いやすく、とても使い良いです。カチャっと分解組み立てできて、大変楽しいです。使用回数が大変多いので、ご飯炊き専用になっています。  続きを見る »

ご飯

毎日のご飯。実はとてもこだわっていて、これだけは、うちのがいちばんおいしいと思います。というか、たかがご飯に、これだけ力を入れてどうするの・・・ という気もしますが、ご飯がおいしいとおかずも進むものです。ご飯大好きです。ので、ページをつくってみることにしました。

ポイント１　おいしいお水で

水は、1998年春から、シーガルフォーのお水です。ご飯をおいしく炊く、いちばんのポイントは、おいしいお水だと思います。

ポイント２　安心なお米で

生活クラブ生協で、通年登録しているものです。月5kgを2回です（たまに買い足します）。  続きを見る »
