これもほぼ、4cmなのですが、微妙に片側が低いことが数度ありました。で、気がついたのは、オーブンを片手であけ、片手で型を持っていたこと。オーブンをあけ、両手で型をしっかり水平に持っていれることにしたら、改善されました。ほっ。

ムース・オ・ショコラ

ムースってなんだか日持ちがしないと思っていたので、食べきれないかと手を出していませんでした。が、ケーキ教室の予習でつくっていたら、weck 80mlでふたをしてしまえば数日冷蔵できたので、少しずつレパートリーを増やそうと思っています。濃厚な味ですが、一部カカオマスを使っているので、甘すぎず、すっきりとした濃厚さかな。デザートプレートにはいい味だと思います。weck 80mlは、単品では小さいサイズですが、デザートプレートに数品載せるにはちょっとずつ食べられてちょうどいいサイズかな、と思っています。

このお菓子はすっかり定番にさせていただいてます。大好きです。
