お菓子ほどおいしそうでないのは、おやつ、だからでしょうか。うーん。でもそのかわり、まぜるだけ、といった簡単なものが多いです。中国の揚げゴマだんごのレシピものってます。

学生のころに、すでにいろいろ手づくりに興味があり、買った本です。懐かしいおやつも手づくりできます。卵ボーロのレシピものってます。
