フルーツケーキ予習

先生の本をあちこち探してみて、ドライフルーツを茹でるタイプと、漬け込みフルーツをつけるタイプと悩んで、両方にしてみました。
ドレンチェリーは少し色が心配でうちでは使えまないのです、できるだけ安心なフルーツで、と試作1では、ラムレーズン(過去何年前からか、主にラムレーズンアイスをつくるために、随時ストックしているもの。ラムはマイヤーズ、レーズンはオーガニック)、あとは、ストックを減らしたい思いもあり、、、自家製梅酒の梅をきざんでおいてあるもの(昔すごく大変な思いをしたような、、、)、。あわせて使いたい、、、という希望をこめて、、、。  続きを見る »
