材料を見て、試食して、バニラアイス、、、という気持ちがぬぐえなかったのですが、ほとうはこちらのほうがもとだったのですね。板ゼラチンが大箱にたっぷ り残っているので、やはり板ゼラチンでがんばります。2枚では一日たたないとかたまらないのだけど、3枚では少しかたい気が。2枚の味を知ってしまったか らか・・・。
まだ少し試行錯誤が必要です。
