先生に見ていただこうと思ってレッスンの前日に焼いたのにうっかりミス(復習8)、で再度です。

よし、落ちていない！

のがうれしくて、1/8カットを、持っていって先生に見ていただきました。
落ちなかったのがうれしかったのですが、それだけふくらまなかっただけかもしれない、といわれてみてはっとしました。そう、かなり高速混ぜをもういいかな、くらいでやめてしまっていました。やはり高速混ぜも、限界に挑戦するくらい、以前のように、お引越しができそう、ではなく、できるくらい、までをめざしてがんばろう！
