オレンジピールのしこみ1の1日目

基礎課のDVD Iを見てメモをとり。5日間かけて少しずつ糖度をあげていく、というのになるほどと思いました。以前別のレシピでオレンジピールをつくったときに、かたい感じがして、、、。以外に簡単に感じました。EVA TRIOの16cm鍋は、片手なので、こういう湯でこぼし作業を繰り返すのに楽でうれしかったです。
