絶版になってしまってから購入した本です。
一年中の、のタイトルどおり、季節ごとに旬があるフルーツのお菓子が多く載っていて、季節ごとにつくりたいお菓子が多々です。
いちご、ブルーベリー、メロン、ラズベリー、桃、りんご、バナナ、、、
そのあいまに、チーズ、紅茶、チョコレートなど、とくに季節のないお菓子。私もケーキをつくるとき、自然にそんな感じになっているような気がします。
